What a year 2024 was! As I look back on all we accomplished, I feel incredibly proud and grateful. Roy and I have kept ourselves busy developing Webtify and our plan for Webtify 4.0. To many really just a visual update but behind the scenes this is so much more. We wrote out our ambitions for 2030 and where we want to go. And that ambition is not small. In this ‘recap’ I want to do a little review of some of the highlights of Webtify in 2024.
60%+ revenue growth. On to more.
To get right to the point. This year we achieved a sales increase of no less than 60%+ compared to 2023. A milestone we owe to the trust of our customers and the dedication of our team. In particular, our Website subscriptions, such as the new WerkenBij subscription, and the launch of Webtify 4.0 played a major role in this growth. It is confirmation that our focus on customer centricity is working.
A 9.5. Excelling in support.
It is no exaggeration to say that our support team was the star of the show this year. With an average rating of 9.5 out of 10, they showed time and again how important it is to help customers quickly, kindly and competently. Whether it’s a complicated technical question or a simple check, our support team is always ready to make a difference. Thank you toppers, you are awesome.

In 2024, we have expanded our team with a group of incredibly talented and driven professionals. Thanks to their fresh ideas and energy, we have significantly increased our capacity and expertise. From developers and designers to customer success specialists, everyone contributed to our unique workflow and culture. Together we delivered more innovative solutions and were able to support our customers even better. I am grateful for the hard work and dedication of our entire team.
Strategic collaborations
We have also made great strides by entering into strategic collaborations, including with JEX.co.uk. These partnerships help us to support our clients even better in their recruitment and HR processes. After all, you achieve more together, and I look forward to what these collaborations will bring in 2025.
Launch of the WerkenBij subscription
One of this year’s highlights was the introduction of the WorkWith subscription. This new product helps companies to create professional and attractive work-by pages so they can better attract talent and strengthen their employer branding. We also developed our own plug-in for job postings that you can easily install on WordPress websites. The first reactions from clients were very positive, and we are excited to develop this further in the new year.
Renewed core values. Same mission
This year, we also revised our core values. While our mission is unchanged – helping companies grow through innovative digital solutions – we have sharpened our core values to further emphasize innovation, customer focus and sustainability. They are our compass for the future.
Launch of Webtify 4.0
This included an updated corporate identity and website, focusing on simplicity and clarity. Although the playful character has been retained, elements such as cartoons and the Rotterdam skyline have been replaced with a more modern look. The updated website offers a clear overview of subscriptions, more extensive customer stories and improved communication channels. These changes align perfectly with the core values of “Great, Fast, and Fair,” with a strong focus on transparency, unbeatable support and convenience. With this, Webtify is better equipped to serve customers even better. It doesn’t stop there, of course, because the 4.0 plan is much bigger than just the visual update we’ve implemented. More on this later!
Finally, customer stories
Another highlight this year was the introduction of comprehensive customer stories on our website. These stories show how Webtify helps companies achieve their goals and provide inspiration for others. In 2025, we will continue to expand these stories to provide even more transparency and value. Finally you might say, but we’ve always chosen to have a closed portfolio, we still do but now more accessible through our website and with proper approval, after all it’s still your website.
Continuous improvement behind the scenes
Finally, I want to emphasize how much time, money and energy we have put into improving our internal workflow. Although our processes were already strong, we believe there is always room for improvement. This ongoing commitment allows us to work even more efficiently and serve our customers even better.
2025.
With all these highlights behind us, I am confident about what 2025 will bring us. We have a stronger team, new products and ambitious plans to continue supporting and innovating with our customers. We will also participate in the Web Shop Trade Days this year with a large booth, see what that will bring us.
