With a unique concept that revolves around tranquility, luxury and personal attention, there was still one important link missing: a website that also conveys that feeling online. Retreat at Home organizes private wellness day retreats at home along the Costa del Sol, but did not yet have a site that did this justice. “We wanted a professional website that immediately exudes confidence and makes it clear what we do,” says Frieda, founder of Retreat at Home. “And that guides visitors naturally toward an inquiry.”
Luxury and tranquility also felt online
The concept of Retreat at Home is personal and experience is central. Yet this was not yet visible online. There was no clear structure yet and the story did not come across well. “We were missing a place where we could address both private clients and villa owners,” she explains.
The desire was clear: a website that reflects the retreat and exudes tranquility, feels luxurious while providing overview. Visitors needed to quickly understand what Retreat at Home is all about and be able to contact it easily.
Website Business subscription as a base
Through a recommendation within her network, she came to Webtify. Choosing the Website Business subscription was a logical step. “The combination of speed, clear communication and the feeling that they really thought along gave confidence,” she says. It was also nice that Frieda herself retained the ability to edit website content.
The collaboration was smooth and structured. There was room for feedback and adjustments, while keeping pace. “There was good follow-through, but with attention to what we felt was important.”

A clear structure with a warm appearance
The new website now clearly conveys the concept. The look is calm and luxurious, exactly as Retreat at Home offers offline. The structure helps visitors find their way quickly, whether they are looking for a retreat or interested as a partner.
In addition, she can now modify and expand the website herself. That provides flexibility without sacrificing the look and feel. “That was important to me. That it remains professional, but feels its own.”
Trust as a firm foundation
The initial response has been positive and the website inspires more confidence towards potential customers and partners. It now provides a strong foundation to build on. “It feels like a site that is right for what we do.”
Continue to grow
The next step lies in further optimizing bookings, SEO and multilingualism. The basics are in place, and from there Retreat at Home can continue to grow.
“The cooperation was fast, clear and thoughtful.”
