Fietstourtje.nl organizes bike tours in Rotterdam and Leiden, with guides who bring the city to life. No standard routes, but personal stories, hidden places and local tastings. The result: a complete day out. The tours are popular with groups and requests kept growing. But the old site? It wasn’t growing with them. “The DNA of the website no longer matched the direction we were taking the company,” says Dr. K.
