Technius

Technius’ website could no longer keep up with the pace of the organization. The site was slow, difficult to manage, and job openings were poorly visible online. “A technician should immediately see the salary, whether a company vehicle is included, and how to get in touch, all on their phone,” says Joshua Köller, advisor at Technius. “And we wanted to stay in control of our content, without having to call someone every time.”

Better technology online

Technius operates in technical services and works daily with technicians and clients who want clarity fast. Speed and transparency matter, especially online. That was exactly where things started to fall short.

“The old website had simply reached its limit,” Joshua explains. “It looked outdated, was slow, and we could hardly do anything ourselves.”
The job posting structure was also restrictive. “Everything had to fit a fixed format, which did not work for how we want to write job openings. We wanted more freedom. Sometimes short and to the point, sometimes more detailed, depending on the role.”

The goal was clear: a place where both technicians and clients can see what Technius offers within two clicks.

The search for a digital technician

Through JEX, Technius got in touch with Webtify. The decision was made quickly.
“A fair price, clear agreements, and a good connection,” says Joshua. They chose the Careers subscription, a solution that provides structure while allowing them to make changes themselves.

The collaboration was straightforward. “We were guided clearly through the process. Whenever we wanted something adjusted, it was picked up immediately and shown to us.” That created trust and kept the momentum high.

The simpler, the better

Simplicity was the starting point for the new website. Especially on mobile, everything needs to be clear at a glance. Salary, employment conditions, and contact details are immediately visible. Fast, simple, and without unnecessary information.

Technius also gained full control over the content, an important requirement. Editing job postings, adjusting text, or adding new content can now all be done independently. If Technius prefers to outsource this to Webtify, that option is always available as part of the subscription.
The integration with job aggregators is now properly set up, ensuring job postings are automatically read and distributed correctly.

Results that speak for themselves

The impact was noticeable right away.
“We simply receive many more responses now. Because our job postings finally look professional and the connection with job aggregators works properly, we are much easier to find,” Joshua explains. It saves a lot of manual work and helps technicians find Technius faster.
