“Our website was simply outdated,” explains Lisa of Link2Match. “We had actually kind of grown out of it.”

Besides a fresh look, the new website also had a clear goal: to be better found. In doing so, we want to strengthen our visibility and position in the market.”

In developing the new website, three things were key: appearance, speed and findability.

“It took a while to find the right look and feel, because appearance is sometimes hard to put into words,” Lisa explains. “But in the end we got exactly the look and feel we envisioned, and the ease of use is greatly improved.”

From then on, things moved quickly. “In the final phase, there was fast switching and immediate action when needed.”
