A new focus through the lens of Evelien

Evelien de Haas has been photographing love stories for years. Her style is light, open and personal, but online that didn’t come across well yet. “My previous site had a dark look. I liked that at the time, but my style changed.” The tone also no longer matched how she works. “I’m independent and people book me. I wanted my site to reflect that. I talk from the I’-form, so people know they are really interacting with me and not a team.” It was time for a digital environment that exudes tranquility and suits her way of working.

Not broader, but more employable

Evelien regularly received requests that did not match her specialization. “I was still too broadly marketed online. Whereas I am focusing more and more on weddings.” The new site needed to help her be more visible to people who really fit her style and approach. The content now focuses on atmosphere, trust and the right tone. “I didn’t want to get too corporate, it still has to really fit me. Webtify sensed that very well.”

Feedback on the new site has been positive. “I hear from clients that the site shows exactly who I am. That gives immediate confidence.” The look is balanced, the navigation is logically structured and the content is in line with her personal approach. For Evelien, the website is now an extension of her work. “I also hear back that it really suits me. It has become much more personal and the site now really matches how I work and who I am.”
